Dear Kindergarten Parents,

The school year is right around the corner and we need to be getting registered.  You need to complete the attached forms and return them to “Simon Says” as soon as possible. along with a $30.00 registration fee (you will have 30 days to complete the medical forms).  Payment for your monthly tuition and deposit (equal to one week of care) will be taken care of on your child’s first day.

The following items are to be brought on your child’s  first day:

Change of clothing (Along with socks and shoes)
FAMILY PHOTO FOR OUR FAMILY TREE
Please leave all toys at home!!
