Welcome to “Simon Says” Infant/Toddler Program.   Please be sure to carefully read all attached (You may also go to our website and download the information.). The enrollment form, registration fee and deposit are due back as soon as possible.  Your deposit is equal to one week’s tuition and will be applied to your last week of care.  You have 30 days to return the two medical forms which must be signed by your doctor.  Please contact the office to confirm a start date.  

Please be sure to send the following items with your child: 

• Swim suit and or water diaper, towel (goes home on your child’s last day of the week to be laundered) sun screen.  SUMMER ONLY
• Swim shoes (aqua socks) NO SANDALS OR TENNIS SHOES!
• Diaper, wipes (we take turns bringing them), any ointments that you might use.
• Change of seasonal clothes (socks, shorts, T-shirt, and tennis shoes if possible)
• Family Photo for Entrance Hallway.
• Small pillow (optional), light blanket, and sleep toy that can be left here.
• Please do not send any other toys to school unless it is show and share day.
• You are to provide all formula, bottles and jar food.  When your child is on 2% milk and food we will provide for them.  We will also provide burp clothes and bibs.  We will launder all bedding (help us watch for allergic reactions).

PLEASE BE SURE ALL THE ABOVE ITEMS ARE CLEARLY MARKED WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME.
